Through an artisanal brewing process, Plenty is an all natural craft beverage containing only 1g of sugar, 1g of carbs, gluten-free, vegan and 99 calories per 355 mL can. As part of our “no compromises” policy, our hard kombucha is made with real, premium organic fruits and botanicals that are high in antioxidants, amino acids, and digestive enzymes – and without all the artificial flavours that typically lead to hangovers!

Plenty is not a spirit-based mixed drink, rather, it is naturally brewed to 5% ABV through a unique double fermentation process. This process is what makes our kombucha become “hard kombucha”, converting sugars to alcohol similar to what’s seen in other brewed beverages, like beers and ciders.

Not only do fresh, organic fruits and botanicals offer a more natural flavour profile, organic produce is grown more sustainably, creating less pollution, conserving water, increasing soil fertility, and using less energy than traditional farming.  

By using premium organic ingredients in our signature brew, we’re maximizing natural flavours and doing our part to protect our environment and natural resources. Our Grapefruit + Hibiscus brew contains organic cane sugar, green tea, apples, hibiscus, citrus peel, pineapple, and papaya, while our Mango + Pineapple + Coconut blend offers organic cane sugar, green tea, pineapple, mango, coconut, banana, rose hips, and calendula. 

Q: Does Plenty Hard Kombucha contain antioxidants?

A: Yes! Our carefully chosen fruits and botanicals are excellent sources of antioxidants, amino acids, and other essential nutrients vital to your overall health. 

Antioxidants in fruit, vegetables and other natural sources help your body’s naturally occurring antioxidants fight free radicals, which are associated with many diseases, including diabetes, heart disease and cancers. Vitamin E and C are also good sources of antioxidants, as are many of the fresh ingredients used in our hard kombucha.

Q: How long does it take to brew a batch of Plenty Hard Kombucha?

A: Our artisanal brewing process generally takes between 3-4 weeks to brew one batch.

From steeping, to fermenting, to brewing, to packaging, our handcrafted brew generally takes between 3-4 weeks from start to finish: 

  1. We steep the green tea and fruits to create its bold flavour.
  2. We double ferment our kombucha for 21 days to naturally achieve 5% ABV.
  3. We infuse our beverage with fresh organic botanicals to enrich its flavour.
  4. Once the liquid has been perfected and checked, it's ready to be canned and distributed to vendors across BC, where you get to enjoy the rewards for yourself!

Q: With all natural ingredients and no preservatives, what is the shelf life of Plenty Hard Kombucha?

A: The shelf life of Plenty Hard Kombucha is between 3-6 months.

We recommend drinking your Plenty Hard Kombucha within 3 months of its packaging date, but if kept cold, our hard kombucha can last for up to 6 months. But we have a feeling our signature brew will all be enjoyed long before then!

A: Currently, Plenty Hard Kombucha is sold in city centres throughout Metro Vancouver, Sea to Sky, and the Fraser Valley.
