Born from a love of handcrafting kombucha in her Kitsilano kitchen, founder Valli began experimenting with her handcrafted kombucha in 2020 by adding extra fermentation to give it more kick. Being a health-conscious Vancouverite, she saw an opportunity to bring to market a new era of all natural alcohol beverages, containing clean, real, high-quality organic fruits and botanicals with a taste that’s refreshing, flavourful and fun.
