Born from her love of hand-crafting kombucha, Valli founded Plenty Hard Kombucha in her Kitsilano home kitchen in 2019, and quickly moved to a local brewery to develop her winning recipe for the world. Previous to Plenty, Valli worked as a product designer in the health and wellness industry. During this time she recognized a growing appetite among health-conscious consumers who were searching for a delicious and organic, better-for-you alcohol beverage. By bringing together her passion for quality ingredients and a health-conscious lifestyle, Valli created Plenty as the answer to what people were craving – a preservative-free, premium organic ingredient beverage, that also happens to be only 1-gram of carb, 1-gram of sugar, 99-calories, and doesn’t compromise on taste. When she’s not busy brewing up the next batch of hard kombucha, Valli loves to escape to the mountains with her snowboard.

Jamie Kirwin

After a decade of serving clients as a management consultant in a Big 4 accounting firm, Jamie left the corporate world to partner with Valli in launching Plenty Hard Kombucha and chase her dream of being an entrepreneur. She is thrilled for the opportunity to bring together her experience as a business strategist, operational consultant and Chartered Professional Accountant together in this role to help propel Plenty Hard Kombucha into a household name for tasty, refreshing social beverages in Canada. Jamie is passionate about health, fitness, and life-long learning. When she’s not working you can find Jamie engaged in some of her favorite pastimes such as skiing, playing tennis, running, hiking, reading or cooking.
